dengue fever treatment with the help of Quran and other Dua's

Treatment Of Dengue Fever Through Holy Quran's Verses

Islam is a religion much more than mere religious teachings and principles. It is in fact a complete code of life that not only teaches people about religious obligations, but offers them a complete set of instructions to live their lives accordingly.

Importance Of Cleanliness In Islam

Among all other things it teaches, comes cleanliness and hygiene. Allah Almighty is the cleanest of clean and purest of the pure, also evident from His direct words on different places in the Quran, such as:

At-Taubah [9:108] Never stand you therein. Verily, the mosque whose foundation was laid from the first day on piety is more worthy that you stand therein (to pray). In it are men who love to clean and to purify themselves. And Allâh loves those who make themselves clean and pure (i.e. who clean their private parts with dust [which has the cleansing properties of soap] and water from urine and stools, after answering the call of nature].

This verse is a proof more than enough how particular Allah Almighty and Islam is about cleanliness and purification. Not only it hints that Allah likes clean and pure people, but it also states how to do that in significant detail.

Physical As Well As Spiritual Consequences Of Not Maintaining Cleanliness

Unluckily, Muslims as followers of the true religion of God have strayed greatly from the true teachings of Allah Almighty and His religion. Just have a look at the situation of cleanliness in most of the Islamic countries of the world and you will immediately realize them lacking greatly as compared to majority of the western societies where cleanliness is their top most priority.
As mentioned earlier, on the day of Shab-e-Barat, Muslims perform Nawafil and worship Allah to gain as much rewards as possible. Some nawafil are listed below.

1. Offer 6 rakaat Nafl after the Maghrib prayers and after every two rakaats, recite Surah Yasin one time. This will help you get a healthy and prosperous life for the following year by the blessing of Alah.

2. Offer 12 rakaat nafl namaaz and in each rakaat recite, Surah Fatiha one time and Surah Ikhlas ten times. After the prayer, recite 3rd Kalma ten times, 4th Kalma ten times, and Durood Sharif 100 times.

Allah says in Quran,

“Whoever of the nation [ummah] of My Beloved Prophet (Swall Allahu Alaihi Wasallam) performs 2 cycles [raka’] of prayer on the 15th night of Shabaan is better than this 400 years of worship.” {Nuzhatul Majalis}.

Forgiveness on Shab-e-Barat

The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) says,

“Allah Glorious and Exalted descends to the nearest heaven on the night of mid-Shabaan (15th night) and He forgives more people than the number of hair on the hides of the flocks and herds of sheep of the tribe of Kalb”. {Tirmidhi}.

However, there are some people who are not forgiven on the night of Shab-e-Barat because of their previous deeds. Those who are not forgiven on the night of Shab-e-Barat are mentioned below.

1. Alcoholics and habitual drinkers

2. Those who perform adultery on a regular basis.

3. Individuals who disobey their parents

4. Individuals who have severed family ties.

5. Those who like to spread mischief.

6. Those who back bite often.

However, some narrations vary in this regard. Other narrations also include individuals practicing magic, gaining interest, lowering pants below their ankles with pride, beginning a dispute between two Muslims and those who have hatred for a Muslim in their heart. All these individuals are among those who are not forgiven on Shab-e-Barat.

Conclusion

Therefore, Shab-e-Barat has tremendous benefits for Muslims. It is best to pray and worship Allah on that night and seek his forgiveness. Quran teaching to children will allow them to learn about the benefits of such nights in Islam.

Dengue Fever

This unfortunate negligence from Quran teaching not only inflicts spiritual deterioration to Muslims, but also results in many illnesses and diseases. One current example is of “Dengue fever”, an infection that is wracking havoc currently in Pakistan. Among other reasons, one of the major reasons for its outbreak is lack of cleanliness in the surroundings.

Dengue fever is basically an infectious disease for which Aedes aegypti mosquito is responsible. There are four different types of dengue viruses that can be spread through this mosquito. It is also referred as “break-bone fever”, because sometimes it inflicts pain so severe in your joints and bones that it gives the feeling that bones are being crushed and broken.

Symptoms Of Dengue Fever

Constantly high fever (up to 104°F to 105°F)
Severe headaches
Constant fatigue
Nausea
Vomiting
Severe pain in joints and bones

Conventional Treatment Of Dengue Fever

Medical experts communicate that there exists no specific treatment of Dengue Fever as yet, but only the treatment of symptoms, in addition to preventive measures to assure Dengue does not break out like an epidemic, for which nothing proves more effective other than keeping yourself and your surroundings clean.

Treatment Of Dengue Fever From Holy Quran

Though contemporary medical science fails to provide any significant cure from this dangerous (even lethal) fever, resorting to Quran teaching does offer us relief from such an ailment.

These verses from Holy Quran, when read in the order described here, are considered to be read once, and it is advised to read them 11 times a day.

The “Durood Shareef” mentioned above needs to be read before and after 11 time recitation of the verses

All the family members are advised to read through these verses in one combine sitting, blowing it on their bodies and water which should be given to patients for drinking. In addition, you should sprinkle this water all through your home

This whole process comprising of recitation of verses from Holy Quran in the way mentioned here would serve you as the best cure to this outrageous Dengue Fever by the grace of God Almighty. Try it yourself and also refer it to others for helping people suffering from such a disease.

Learn Quran Before You Pass Any Kind Of Judgment

September 19th, 2011 — Islam Religion, Quran Learning

No matter what people say and believe, an unbiased study of history (let alone religion) reveals that Islam brought a revolution of its own kind that not only affected the people of a particular region, religion, or ethnicity, but it became a worldwide phenomenon soon just a few decades after its completion.

What Muslims believe is that Islam is the last religion offered by God Almighty to all humanity to come till The Day of Resurrection, believing in what God Almighty states in Holy Scripture of Muslims, i.e. the Holy Quran in the following words:

This day, I have perfected your religion for you and completed My favor upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion…” (Holy Qur’an, 5:3)

Also stated is the fact that:

Al-Baqara [2:231] …..He sent down to you the book and Wisdom, for your instruction. And fear Allah and know that Allah is well acquainted with all things.

Islam has always been center of great debate for many reasons, mostly because people believe in all the gossips about it rather than actually studying it, knowing it and understanding it on individual level. As a matter of common sense and logic, the best way to pass a judgment and make an opinion about anything is to know it first, analyze it and then take the decision. In case of Quran, however, majority of people all through the course of history, have been biased. Instead of taking time out to learn Quran, they prefer believing and disseminating wrong information about it.

For instance, people consider Islam to be a code of conduct that restricts and confines the rights of female gender greatly as compared to male gender, which is totally untrue in accordance to Quranic teachings in this regard, some of which are discussed here. Just these few examples shall be more than enough to develop an initial idea what Quran teaches human beings about different issues.

“And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what appear thereof; that they should draw their veils over their bosoms and not display their beauty…” Surah 24:31

Before going any further, just imagine the number of instances where women report sexual harassment of various kinds in western nations. Ironically, the number of such instances is on constant rise in most of the western societies. One of the reasons why so many women have to bear these kinds of inconvenient experiences is their public appearance. The more a woman is dressed provocatively, higher are the chances that she be subjected to such an unfavorable situation.

At another occasion in Quran, Almighty Allah states:

“O prophet! Tell thy wives and daughters, and the believing women, that they should cast their outer garments over their persons (when abroad)…” Surah 33:59

Many converts themselves state that their level of confidence and sense of security has increased greatly ever since they started covering themselves with “hijab” (a piece of cloth mostly covering women’s hair as well as bosom, just leaving the face uncovered).

The fact of the matter is that to make your opinion about anything (let alone Quran), knowing and learning about it is required. That is why, in order to decide whether Islam and Quran are a cause of peace and tranquility or a cause of terror and unrest, make sure you read and learn Quran first. Today, translations of Quran are available in almost all major languages of the world, which makes doing so even more convenient.

Ramadan – A Nutritional And Exercise Plan For Men And Women

August 15th, 2011 — Islam Religion, Ramadan

During the blessed month of Ramadan, most people face different kinds of health related problems. For some, Ramadan results in weight gain while for others it leads to reduced energy levels. No matter what the case, if you want to have the energy to pray, read and learn Quran during Ramadan, you need to devise strategies that will help you maintain a balance. The best solution to all health problems is to make a workout and nutrition plan for this month.

However, before you start making a nutritional plan for Ramadan, it is best if you understand the bodily changes that take place while fasting.

Ramadan and its Affect on the Body

Some affects of fasting on human body are given below.

During Ramadan, the body is dehydrated at rest. However, this dehydration is lesser than the dehydration caused by an aerobics exercise.
The main source of energy during fasting is body fat. However, the metabolism rate slows down because of lesser meals.
You can use this month to maximize metabolism, save and boost lean muscle mass and enhance workout. Having lean mass also means that your metabolic rate will increase ultimately burning more calories at rest.

Nutrition Plan

During the Suhoor time, it is essential to consume as much water as possible to stay hydrated all through the day. Make sure the diet plan includes a combination of proteins, carbohydrates and fats. Include the following foods for Suhoor,

Egg whites
Oatmeal
Protein shake
Dark honey
Fibrous vegetables
Dates

During the Iftar time, the traditional way to break Iftar is the best way to get rehydrated. Dates contain a unique combination of glucose, fructose and potassium. These elements are essential when it comes to rehydration and restoring energy levels. Additionally, dates rehydrate much faster than water itself.

It is also recommended to include some protein in the Iftar meal to boost energy levels. After Iftar, it is best to wait some time to have dinner. Also, have small meals as it tricks the body into increasing the metabolic rate.

After doing all this, do not forget to read the holy book and pray as often as possible. Also, you should share these food related tips with your online Quran tutor and peers.

Workout Plan

While fasting, it is important that you reduce your cardio exercises to 2 days every week. This is an important step to save as much lean muscle mass as possible. Some other workout tips during Ramadan are given below.

Avoid weight training while fasting. This may result in too much muscle breakdown.
Training while dehydrated reduces the strength to carry on with the rest of the day. Studies show that a 3% dehydration of the muscle results in 12% or more loss in the stamina.
Weight train after the Taraweeh prayers. This way, you can ensure that you have consumed enough food and water or your favorite shake essential for muscle growth to stay energetic while working out in the gym.
Cardio exercises should be done before Suhoor. Make sure you consume plenty of water and some coffee or tea before your cardio exercise. It is best to wait around 30 minutes before performing a moderate intensity cardio exercise.

Conclusion

Following the nutritional and workout plan mentioned above will ensure that you stay fit and healthy during the month of Ramadan.

For iftar, Muslims have a different dua. This dua is given below.

“Allahumma inni laka sumtu wa bika aamantu [wa 'alayka tawakkaltu] wa ‘ala rizq-ika aftarthu”

Translation: “O Allah! I fasted for You and I believe in You [and I put my trust in You] and I break my fast with Your sustenance ["wa 'alayka tawakkaltu" is quoted in some books of knowledge - but not all, hence it is in brackets]”

[abu Dawud]

“dhahabadh-dhama’u wab-tallatil ‘uruuqi, wa thabatal arju inshaAllah”

Translation: “The thrist is gone, the veins are moistened and the reward is confirmed, if Allah [Ta'ala] Wills”

[abu Dawud 2:306]

When Muslims break their fast at someone else’s place, they should recite the following dua,

“Aftara ‘indakumus saa’imuna, wa akala ta’aamakumul-abraaru, wasallat ‘alaikumul mala’ikat “
Translation: “May those who are fasting break their fast in your home, and may the dutiful and pious eat your food and may the angels send prayers upon you.”
[abu Dawud 3:367, ibn Majah 1:556, an Nasa'i]

Other Duas for the Month of Ramadan

At the start of the holy month of Ramadan, Muslims should recite the following dua,

“Allahu Akbar. Allahumma ahillahu ‘alayna bil-amni wal-imaani, was-salaamati, wal-Islami, wat-tawfeeqi lima tuhibbu Rabbana wa tardha. Rabbuna wa RabbukAllahu”Translation: “Allah is the Greatest. O Allah bring us the new moon with security and faith, with peace and in Islam, and in harmony with what our Lord Loves and what pleases Him. Our Lord and your Lord is Allah”
[at-Tirmidhi 5:504, ad-Darimi 1:336]

Importance of Making Dua during Ramadan

Making dua during the month of Ramadan is very important because Allah promises to listens top all legitimate prayers during this month. According to Abu Saeed Khudri, the Prophet (PBUH) said,

“Every day and night of Ramadan Allah sets free a great number of souls from Jahannam. And for every Muslim during every day and night there is a time when his dua is certainly accepted.”

For Muslims, it is the most blessed month. Therefore, they need to take advantage of this month by worshipping Allah and reciting Quran as much as possible. They should also make dua in abundance and seek His support and forgiveness in all matters. Surely, He will listen to your prayers.

It is also believed that the most blessed time during Ramadan is just before the Muslim is about to break the fast. During this time, the chances of the dua being accepted are very high.

Shaban And Its Importance In Islam

July 13th, 2011 — Islam Religion, Islam and Muslims

Literally, the word Shaban means branch. It can be said that Shaban branches off and leads to other good things. Shaban acts as a connection between the two blessed and sacred months of Rajab and Ramadan. Despite this, the importance of Shaban is often neglected and ignored.

Once, when the Prophet (PBUH) was asked why he fasts so much during this month. The Prophet (PBUH) replied,

“It is a month that people neglect, between Rajab and Ramadan. It is a month in which actions are raised to the Lord of the Worlds and I love for my actions to be raised while I am fasting.”

Shaban And Its Importance In Islam

In this verse, “actions being raised” means that the actions are displayed to Allah during this month. This does not mean that Allah is unaware of our actions otherwise because Allah is the All-Knower and He sees and knows about everything. However, for Muslims this means that the month of Shaban is special because during this month Allah keeps a special tab on the actions of His believers. Also, if you worship Allah, pray regularly, read Quran and straighten out your deeds during this month, it is possible that Allah forgives all your previous wrongdoings.

Importance of Shaban

Importance of Shaban

It is said that Shaban is the important to prepare for Ramadan. All Muslims are recommended to start preparing for Ramadan during Shaban. Muslims should use this month to prepare for fasting, praying and worshipping Allah. It is not recommended to begin fasting during the month of Ramadan without preparation. From a biological point of view as well it is important to be prepared before Ramadan begins. If Muslims prepare themselves for Ramadan beforehand, they will not feel tired and irritable from the lack of food and water during the day. It will allow them to adjust to the new routine very easily.

Also, for all those Muslims who have developed and acquired bad habits during the year, such as waking up late in the morning, it is essential to start quitting those habits. It will be useful when you try to wake up early in the morning to fast and pray to Allah Almighty.

Hazrat Ayesha, the wife of the Prophet (PBUH) said,

“I did not see him fasting in any month more than Sha`ban.”

She also said,

“The month which he loved to fast the most was Sha`ban.”

Upon being asked questions about this month, she said,

“In this month those who are destined to die are recorded for the Angel of Death. I love for my name to be recorded when I am fasting.”

Shaban and Its Rewards

Abu Hurayyah narrates,

“AbdulAziz ibn Muhammad said: Abbad ibn Kathir came to Medina and went to the assembly of al-Ala’. He caught hold of his hand and made him stand and said: O Allah, he narrates a tradition from his father on the authority of AbuHurayrah who reported the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) as saying: When the middle of Sha’ban comes, do not fast. Al-Ala’ said: O Allah, my father narrated this tradition on the authority of AbuHurayrah from the Prophet (peace_be_upon_him).”

Conclusion

Therefore, earning rewards is the duty of Muslims themselves. It is best if they realize their duty and grab every opportunity that comes their way to earn rewards. Therefore, it is your duty to pray and fast and worship Allah during the month of Shaban. It is also your duty to learn Quran and understand its teachings and principles to be a good and true Muslim.

July 6th, 2011 — Islam Religion, Islam and Muslims

Islam has been around for centuries now and Muslims had the opportunity to rule the world with the Islamic way of life. It was during this period that Muslims spread the Quran education all over the world. For some years, Muslims were the torch bearers of literature, science and architect. It is during this rule that you can observe the greatest creations and achievements of Muslims.

Muslims are considered to be the pioneers in major scientific developments and are also known to create buildings and architectural landmarks. Their scientific developments can also be attributed to how the Islamic religion and Quran teachings urged Muslims to search for cues leading them to new discoveries.

Many buildings created during the Muslim rule are now known for their architecture and beauty. Most of these architectural landmarks were the beautiful mosques that Muslims created to worship and pray. To this day, Muslims are known to build beautiful and pretty mosques.

Some of the prettiest mosques of the world are given below.

1. Masjid al Haram

Masjid al Haram or also known as Kabah is located on Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The mosque was built around 2000 BC by Prophet Ibrahim originally. Today it has a capacity of 8,000,000 worshipers and it surrounds the Kabah. It is also considered to be the holiest and most sacred place for the Muslims. It covers an area of 400,800 square meters and has the biggest annual religious gathering in the world. This mosque also has the Hijr-e-Aswad in the mosque and the zamzam water near it. Islamic Point of View Regarding Shab-e-Barat

June 22nd, 2011 — Islam Religion, Islam and Muslims

In the Islamic culture, Shab-e-Barat has great importance and is celebrated with enthusiasm by Muslims all around the globe. For Muslims, this night has great importance regarding worship as well. Muslims would spend the entire night praying and worshipping, asking and requesting Allah for things that they desire. However, before delving into the customs followed during Shab-e-Barat, it is best to first understand the concept of this day.

The Concept of Shab-e-Barat in Islam

According to Islamic beliefs, on the night of Shab-e-Barat, Allah decides and determines the affairs of the coming year. During the night, Allah determines the destinies of all humans by taking into consideration the deeds of the previous year.

Muslims typically celebrate Shab-e-Barat on the 15th of Shaban, usually around fifteen days before the month of Ramadan begins. This year, Shab-e-Barat will be celebrated on the 17th of July, 2011. The celebration generally includes worshipping Allah all night, asking for His forgiveness and requesting for things that you desire.

According to a Hadith, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said that any individual who fasts for three days during the month of Shabaan and recites durood three times at Iftar, Allah will forgive his sins and will increase his provisions. Additionally, the person will enter Paradise on a female camel on the Day of Judgment.

Nawafil

Dua for Hajj

In the name of Allah,The most beneficient & merciful. Labbaik Allahumma Labbaik. Labbaik, La Shareek Laka, Labbaik. Innal Hamdah, Wan Nematah, Laka wal Mulk, La Shareek Laka Labbaik.

Here I am at Thy service O Lord, here I am. Here I am at Thy service and Thou hast no partners. Thine alone is All Praise and All Bounty, and Thine alone is The Sovereignty. Thou hast no partners, here I am.
Hajj-e-Baitulla

In the name of Allah, the most compassionate, the Merciful.
And pilgrimage to the House is incumbent upon men for the sake of Allah, (upon) every one who is able to undertake the journey to it; Holy Quran, (3:97)

The word Hajj means to intend, to win over someone by argument and frequently visit someone. As a religious term it refers to the act of worship: circumambulating the Kaaba (Tawaf, praying and performing the other prescribed deeds).

Hajj is the Pilgrimage to Makkah in Islam. Hajj is the fifth of the Five Pillars in Sunni Islam and one of the ten Branches of religion (Obligations of Islam or Furo-e-Deen) in Shia Islam, which takes place during the Islamic month of Dhu al-Hijjah. Entrance to Makkah itself is forbidden to non-Muslims and the entire city is considered a holy site to Islam.

Baitulla is another name for Kaaba, is a sacred house in the center of Masjid-e-Haram in Makkah and Baitulla means House of Allah. Hence Hajj-e-Baytullah, Hajj-e-Baitullah or Hajj-e-Baitulla means Pilgrimage to the House of Allah.

This is the Worship (Ibadat) that becomes obligatory once in a lifetime. Therefore, its conditions, its difficulties and its rewards are unique.

Those who are able to fulfill this obligation are indeed privileged. But this privilege can become a ban instead of a boon if it is misused. And it is easy to misuse it. Misuse takes the form of oblivion of the rules, carelessness in performance of the rites and ignorance of the importance of the rites of Hajj in the living of one's life.

Therefore, the more sincere effort the Haji (Person who performs the Hajj) puts in, the greater the reward, and this Guide is an aid to this sincere effort according to the fatwa of Ayatulla Al-Uzma Agha Seyyid Abul Qassim Al-Musawi Al-Khui (RA).

WHAT IS DENGUE FEVER

Dengue fever also known as breakbone fever, is an infectious tropical disease caused by the dengue virus. Symptoms include fever, headache, muscle and joint pains, and a characteristic skin rash that is similar to measles. In a small proportion of cases the disease develops into the life-threatening dengue hemorrhagic fever, resulting in bleeding, low levels of blood platelets and blood plasma leakage, or into dengue shock syndrome, where dangerously low blood pressure occurs.

Dengue is transmitted by several species of mosquito within the genus Aedes, principally A. aegypti. The virus has four different types; infection with one type usually gives lifelong immunity to that type, but only short-term immunity to the others. Subsequent infection with a different type increases the risk of severe complications. As there is no vaccine, prevention is sought by reducing the habitat and the number of mosquitoes and limiting exposure to bites.

The Treatment of acute dengue is supportive & not difficult, using either oral or intravenous rehydration for mild or moderate disease, and intravenous fluids and blood transfusion for more severe cases. The incidence of dengue fever has increased dramatically since the 1960s, with around 50–100 million people infected yearly. Early descriptions of the condition date from 1779, and its viral cause and the transmission were elucidated in the early 20th century. Dengue has become a worldwide problem since the Second World War and is endemic in more than 110 countries. Apart from eliminating the mosquitoes, work is ongoing on a vaccine, as well as medication targeted directly at the virus.

THE MOST USEFUL ZIKAR

Zikr of Allah

Abu Darda narrated that Rasool Allah said, “Should I not tell you of such a thinga which are the best and purest deeds in the court of your Lord, high in ranks (darajat), better for you then spending gold and silver (in Allah’s path), and better than slaying the neck of the enemy during war? The Sahaba said, “Yes, Oh Rasool Allah! .” He said, “It is Zikr of Allah.” (Tirmizi)

Abu Huraira narrated that Rasool Allah said, “Any gathering in which people sit and do not do Zikr of Allah and do not send Durood upon their Prophet is of loss for them. If Allah wills, give them azab (punishment) and if wills, forgive them.” (Tirmizi)

Abu Huraira narrated that Rasool Allah said, “Allah Tabaraka wa Ta’ala says when a person moves his lips for Zikr of Allah, I am with him. “ (Bukhari)

Abu Huraira narrated that Rasool Allah said, “Allah Tabaraka wa Ta’ala says I am closer to my slave than his supposition of which he keeps of me. And when he/her does Zikr of Allah, I am with him/her. If he does Zikr in his heart, I do his Zikr near MY proximity (closeness) and if he does Zikr in a gathering, I mention him in a gathering Afdhal (better) than it. (Bukhari)

Abu Musa Ash'ari narrated that Rasool Allah said, “He/She who does Zikr of Allah and he/she who doesn’t, their example is of like an alive and a dead. (Bukhari)

Abu Huraira said that Rasool Allah said, “The angels look for those who do Zikr of Allah on the paths. When they find those who are doing Zikr of Allah then they call each other, “Come, your desired has been found.” Then those angels cover those are doing Zikr of Allah up to the skies of this world with their wings. And Allah Rabbul Izzat says about them to those angels “What are my slave doing?” Though Allah knows more than those angels. The angels say, “Those people are doing your Tasbeeh, Tahmeed, and Tamjeed.” Rab Ta’ala says, “Have they seen me?” The angels say, “We swear by your pure Entity, they have not seen you.” Rab Ta’ala says to them, “If they had seen me then what would be their state?” The angels say, “If they could’ve seen you then they would do your Tamjeed and your Tasbeeh even more."

Rab Ta’ala says, “What slaves are asking from me?” The angels say, “They are asking for Jannat from you.” Rab Ta’ala says, “Have they seen Jannat?” The angels say, “We swear by Your Pure Entity, they have not seen Jannat.” Rab Ta’ala says, “If they had seen Jannat then what would be their state?” The angels say, “If these people had seen jannat then their greed, desire, and inclination for it would increase. Rab Ta’ala says, “What else are they doing?” The angels say, “They are seeking refuge.” Rab Ta’ala says, “From what are they seeking refuge?” The angels say, “They are seeking refuge from Hell.” Rab Ta’ala says, “Have they seen Hell?” The angels say, “Oh Rab, we swear by Your Pure Entity, they have not seen it.” Rab Ta’ala, “If they had seen it then what would be their state?” The angels say, “If they had seen it then they would run even further away from it and fear it even more.

Rab Ta’ala says, “angels, Be witnesses that I have forgiven them.” An angel says, “There is one person amongst them who is not part of those who do Zikr, he is there for some necessity of his/her.” Rab Ta’ala says, “These are such people that even those sitting among them are not deprived.” (Bukhari)

Anas narrated that Rasool Allah said, “When you pass by gardens of paradise, eat fruits of them. The Sahaba said, “What are the gardens of Paradise?” He said, “The gatherings of Zikr.” (Tirmizi)

Abu Huraira narrated Abu Saeed Khudri said that Rasool Allah said, “Whenever a Jama'at (a group of people) sits for Zikr of Allah, the angels surround it. Blessing covers that Jama'at. And peace and calm descends on them. And Allah mentions them to the angels present in HIS court. (Muslim)

Ameer Muaviah narrated that the Rasool Allah passed by a Jama'at and asked them, “Why have you gathered here?” Some people of the Jammat replied, “We have gathered here for the Zikr and Hamd of Allah because by guiding us towards Islam He did favor on us. Rasool Allah said, “By Allah, have you gathered only for this (purpose)?” They said, “By Allah, we have gathered here only for such purpose. Rasool Allah said, “I did not give you oath because of any imputation (doubt) rather it is because Jibraeel came to me and told me that Allah Azzawajal boasts of you in the gathering of the angels. (Muslim)

Abdullah Bin Abbas narrated that Rasool Allah said, “The Shaitan sticks to the heart of the child of Adam. When he does Zikr of Allah, he (the Shaitan) runs away from him. And when the child of Adam becomes careless from the Zikr of Allah, the Shaitan begins to put was-wasah (evil suggestions) into his heart. (Bukhari)

Abdullah Bin Umar narrated that Rasool Allah said, “Don’t have a conversation [without] Zikr of Allah. Because talking too much without Zikr of Allah is the reason for the heart’s hardness and wretchedness. And that person becomes distant from Allah in whose heart there is wretchedness. (Tirmizi)

Abudullah Bin Bisr narrated that one person asked, “Ya Rasool Allah! There are many commands on me of Islam. Tell me of such a thing which I may hold on to steadfast. Rasool Allah replied, “Always keep your tongue wet from Zikr of Allah.” (Tirmizi)

Abdullah Bin Bisr narrated that a villager came to the Holy Court of Rasool Allah and asked, “Which man is the best?” Rasool Allah said, “It is the luck and good-fortune of that person whose life is long and his deeds are good.” He asked, “Ya Rasool Allah! Which deed is the best?” Rasool Allah said, “Your tongue be wet from Zikr of Allah when you part from this world. (Tirmizi)

Muaaz bin Jabal narrated that Rasool Allah said, “The people of Jannat will only regret that moment which had been empty of Zikr of Allah.” (Beheqi)
